Why call Johnny the truck driver when you can fill up your own gas tank?

So you're a mom-preneur or mom boss…

Juggling client calls with PTA meetings, and somehow squeezing in a workout while folding laundry.

Now imagine adding proactive self-care to that mix. Stressed out yet? Yeah, me too.

It's not about spa days or bubble baths (though those are nice too); it's about weaving small, joyful habits into your daily routine that recharge your batteries before they hit the red zone.

Think of it as regularly refueling your car instead of waiting until you’re stranded on the highway with an empty tank.

Now all of a sudden, you feel compelled to lift up your skirt, show a little leg, and put on red lipstick for Johnny the truck driver just so you can get to the nearest gas station.

No shade against Johnny, I’m sure he’s great. He did at least get you to the gas station.

But is that really how you wanted to fill up your tank?

My love, we don’t wait to gas up the tank until we’re stranded. Even those bat sh*t crazy ones of you who are reading this that wait until the light comes on.

It comes on when you’ve got more miles to go.

Not when you’re stranded.

Shift your mindset from “I’ll rest when I’m done” to “I’ll rest so I can get it done.”
