Partner doesn’t agree with you? Divorce them. (Geez, I’m kidding, kinda)

Imagine this scenario: as a business owner or mom boss, you trust yourself to make the best decisions for your work.

But should you do when your partner disagrees with those decisions?

Divorce, obviously.

I’m kidding, I’m kidding! 🫠 Communicating your choices effectively, especially when they diverge from your partner's advice, can be challenging but is crucial for harmony at home and progress at work.

Effective communication isn't about winning every argument or convincing your partner of your perspective every time, no matter how wrong they are (kidding again, maybe).

It's about creating a dynamic where both of you feel heard, respected, and valued. So what are you doing to create that?

As backwards as it sounds, a lot of times, these are the opportunities to bring y’all closer instead of further apart.
